All products must be returned in their original packaging with the corresponding software, power supply, cables, and anything else included in the original packaging.
Otherwise the return will not be accepted.
RMA codes are valid for 6 days.
Products that cannot be repaired by our Technical Department are sent to the manufacturer for repair / replacement.
The return time is based on the Manufacturer's Return terms.
Please package the product properly and in a safe package.
If you are not sure how to pack, consult a shipping company.
Products returned in inadequate packaging will not be accepted and the Warranty will be voided.
Please note the RMA number on three sides of the box before returning it.
Please return the product by the carrier of your choice, bearing in mind that the shipping costs are borne by the sender.
If for any reason you wish to return your online order and get your money back, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of issue of the receipt or invoice.
Procedure:
- Contact us by phone to inform us of your return and the reasons you wish to return the products.
- We agree on the way the parcel will be returned. We can send by courier (ACS COURIER) and you will be charged €8 for the transport costs or you can send it with a courier of your choice, again with your own transport costs.
- Within 5 days from the day of delivery of the package to our company, your money will be refunded in full.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The following conditions must be met in their entirety in order for the return/exchange of the order to be accepted. We reserve the right not to accept returns of products that do not comply with the Exchange and Returns Policy set out below.
- The change request must not exceed 30 days from the date shown on the receipt or change card
- The request to withdraw from the order for the purpose of refund must not exceed 14 days from the date shown on the receipt or change card
- All returned items must be received by us in their original condition, without signs of wear, soiling and fit for resale.
- All products must have all the manufacturer's tags and tags attached to them when they were purchased, as well as the packaging that came with them.
**As long as the product and the return process meet all the above criteria, you can send the products to the company and exchange them for others, or get a refund.
**In case of non-compliance with the stated conditions, the company reserves the right to refuse your return.
**NASTAS A. APOSTOLOS is not responsible for goods that are lost during the return if the shipment has been made with a courier of your choice. Any damage to the product during the return of the product to NASTAS A. APOSTOLOS is solely borne by the Customer.
