Dispatches
We endeavor to dispatch all orders on the same day as long as they are placed and paid for by 4pm.
Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Ordering Process
Enter the products in the desired quantities in the Shopping Cart and select Buy.
The order is completed in 6 steps:
In the 1st step you select Create Account or Purchase as a Guest
In the 2nd step you enter Billing Details.
In the 3rd step enter Shipping Details .
In the 4th step, enter Shipping Method .
- Courier & Bank Deposit Payment
- Courier & Payment By Credit or Debit Card
In the 5th step, enter the Payment method
- Bank Deposit
- Credit or Debit Card (VISA, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro)
In step 6 enter Order Confirmation
If you paid by credit card, fill in the details in the form given to you.
If you want to make a deposit to a bank account, after your order has been completed, deposit the amount of the products you purchased in the bank of your choice, send us the deposit by e-mail toinfo@planet-shop.gr.
The order will only be shipped when the deposit money appears in our account.
Order Completion
Upon completion of your order, the following message appears (example):
Your order has been registered!
Your order has been successfully placed!
Thank you for choosing us for your shopping!
An automated email has been sent to the email you provided during registration with all the details of your order that were on the previous page (please check your email).
After the order has been processed by Planet Shop's online shopping department, you will receive the second and confirmation email.
Shipments are made by ACS or General Post service.
NOTE: Intelcom does not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders not dispatched by midday on Friday will be dispatched on Monday morning. We are not responsible for possible lost profits / sales related to shipments.
Transport costs
The costs are calculated during the checkout process before any financial obligation, and depend on the total weight.

SHIPPING COSTS for the interior are formed according to the weight of the items of goods outside the islands .
That is: for a weight of 0 - 2 kg the cost of transport is €2 without VAT, and for each additional kilo up to 21 kg the fee is charged at €1 / per kilo + VAT.
SHIPPING COSTS for ISLANDS are determined according to the weight of the items.
That is: for a weight of 0 - 2 kg the cost of transport is €2 without VAT, and for each additional kilo up to 21 kg the fee is charged at €1/per kilo + VAT.
Please note: In some remote areas in Greece (areas with a remote service station of the courier company or villages with difficulty of access) the shipment may be impossible or marked as remote/inaccessible.
The nationwide shipping of products does not concern areas that are characterized as remote / difficult to reach by the General Post Office or ACS. In such cases, the shipment is made upon receipt of the parcel by you at the nearest service office of General Post or ACS in your area.
Also, some stores of General Post Office or ACS have been designated as Inaccessible, so there are additional shipping costs. In case you don't want the extra charge, you can contact the Customer Service Department so they can give you more information.
Canceling an Order
To cancel an order, you must contact Customer Service by telephone for further information. Orders that have already been shipped are charged 15% of the value of the Products plus Restocking Costs plus shipping costs.
