Order online through the website www.planet-shop.gr
Find the products you are interested in through the search engines or from the various thematic pages. Click on the [Cart] link next to the product you are interested in and it will be added to your online shopping cart, which is the same for any purchase you make during your visit. (Please let us know if you want a retail receipt if you are a private individual or an invoice if you are a professional).
When you finish your options and you will go to a secure connection - authenticated - where you will be asked to set a payment and shipping method.
Order confirmation
After placing your order, we will contact you by e-mail (at the e-mail address indicated by you) or by phone to confirm your order. If it is not possible to contact you, the order remains pending for one week, after which your order is automatically cancelled. The email will include the products you ordered, their total price and the method of receiving the products you chose.
Availability of products
If any of the goods you ordered are not available, PLANET SHOP - Networking & Communication will contact you via e-mail or telephone within a reasonable period of time after placing the order, in order to inform you of the their possible delivery time. In this case, you have the possibility, if you consider that this time period does not satisfy you, to request the revocation of the order of the product in question. Any other order you may have can be processed normally.
Any purchase of products from our physical store must be preceded by ANY telephone or electronic order.

Time of delivery of the order
The execution of your order in its entirety and the delivery of the goods will be carried out, through the PLANET SHOP - Networking & Communication that you have chosen, within 1-3 working days to 3 week for the whole of Greece from the us receiving your order, with the exception of cases of non-availability of the products. Deliveries will be made during business days and store hours.
Cancellation (part or whole) of the order
During 2 working days after placing your order you can only cancel the whole or part of the order by phone or email.
